How long does it take to deliver |
Your assigned device would arrive at your delivery address 1 day before your start of hire date (excluding Sunday and public holidays) if you order at least 3 working days before your start of hire date.

How do I return the device. |
The hire includes a return label (already paid) for posting the device back to us (on your end of hire date or earlier ), your assigned device needs to be posted back no later than the end of hire date.A late return fee is charged per day for each extra day the device is kept beyond beyond the end of hire date (Please see our rental agreement page for late return fees ).

Do I Sign? |
Yes, someone at the delivery address needs to sign for the device. If no one is there, the delivery company would leave a leaflet and return the next day.
If picking up from the airport, you would need to show a valid photo ID to collect the package |
What if I’m not in? |
The package would required to be signed, so someone needs to be at your delivery address to sign for it.If your delivery address is hotel/hostel/office/holiday park: The package would be delivered to the reception/concierge desk/mail room by the delivery company for you to go and pickup on your arrival.
