Where we deliver to:
- United States: If your delivery address is United States, your assigned device would be sent through UPS, so that it arrives before you depart for Europe.
- United Kingdom: If your delivery address in in the UK, your assigned device would be sent to your address through Royal mail delivery service.
We aim to get your assigned device delivered to your delivery address 1 day before your start of hire date (excluding Sunday and public holidays) or may arrive 2 to 3 days in advance as a courtesy (when possible). UK delivery are done through a 24 hour delivery service. United States delivery are sent through UPS 3 days delivery service.
Late/Last minute orders are sent using a 24 hours delivery service (hires that have UK delivery address) if your start date is tomorrow and your order is received before our last dispatch time .
Deliveries outside the United Kingdom can take 2 to 3 working days. Hence we recommend you place your order minimum of 4 working days before your start of hire date, so that the package arrive at least one day before your start date.
